Slowly but surely

So the first two levels of the campain idea wise are done.(yeah) I have at least 3 out of 10 hidden villages created or at least planned out in different location and how the rebellion network somewhat works. I have decided on some aspects of the campain that I am really excited about. I am reading dming books like crazy. One of the most recent ones is the Sly Flourish's Lazy dungeon masters by Michael Shae (well am midway through). When reading these books I am trying to improve my dming and also gain some other ideas on how to inspire my party. One of my party members is already come back with a hidden village it looks amazing we will defiantly be hitting that village at some point. I am thinking each hidden village will have its own way of hiding its existence from the empire and only a few people know of where another village is. I also think maybe there might be portals to each different place not sure yet though.... Well back to creating.

Starting to get ideas

I am starting to get a few ideas on the world I want to create, but I have decided that a group effort is more my style. So I have created a chat group for my party so they can have a say on how they want the world to be created. I am getting some ideas about the history of this world and so far it's pretty good. I think I might even have the first two levels of the campaign figured out well sort of anyway. I have author friends who say I should write well I am not too sure about that I am more the idea person than putting words to paper but who knows maybe someday. But as of now, this campaign world is slowly taking shape.

New books and dragons..

So new books are coming into my home left right and center this past month. Ok, maybe I  agazerated there a little, but I have bought at least 5 books that are related to DND. Do I feel bad NOPE not in the least I love my dnd and love DM for my guys and ladies.  This Homebrew campaign should definitely be an interesting one and yes I will be mostly using Wizards of the Coast books but I will also be using other books along the way. But I will let you all know what I am using and if I find them worth it and the price.      As to when the actual campaign will happen I have no clue yet hopefully after I move house in August. I am hoping to get a special place set up specifically for the use of the Dungeon and Dragons stuff I have collected, we will have to see thinking my closest.  My little group of 3d printed dragons got two more dragons this past week and my dice collection got a tiny bit bigger. Ok, who am I kidding it got a lot bigger I would ...

As promised my drawing

The start of the adventure...

So this will be my first Dungeon and Dragons homebrew. While I have created little sessions of homebrew well this is the first campaign. Yikes, I am not 100 per cent sure how I will do this but I will give it a good try.  Please feel free to join the chaos that is my brain and see what I come up with.     So the first place I need to start is what is my version of DnD I will be playing with well that's an easy one 5e. I started playing it on there and will continue where I started off. I like many new players started playing dnd for fun during the must-not-be-named 2020 time. Sometimes it is hard to believe its been four years since I started playing and now I am not just playing but am fully intending to create a new campaign for others to enjoy.  Sometimes, my thought process can get a bit jumpy so sorry ahead for that. I will try and keep my brain in order.        I do have a few ideas so far.      I will start the part...
